Feels Good To Be At 50
I did manage to publish fifty Lenses with the publication of Why I Love The GIMP and my Lensography, CleanerLife’s Lenses.
Before publishing it, I did go back over some of my older Lenses, and saw how far I’ve come. I also amazed myself with Lenses like The Love Of Dragons: Dragons In Books And On Video and Robert Fripp - The Man Behind King Crimson. When I started going over them, I realized that there was so much more I could have added.
After adding quite a bit of new content, and a promotional boost from lakeerieartists, these Lenses are now my #1 and #3 ranked Lenses.
lakeerieartists helped me even more by going over many of my low ranked, and low rated Lenses and gave me some suggestions for changing Lenses like Ants On A Log | Healthy Snacks For Kids Of All Ages.
I also went back to Testing MagicBuilder, and made changes based on suggestions a_willow had given me back when I first published it. I spread my comments out to each module to hopefully better explain the steps and what my thoughts were.
I made small changes to many of my Lenses, and the last Lens that I made large changes to was my Lens on John Wetton. Others probably need more work, but I hope they are good enough to qualify me for Giant status. If not, I’m sure I’ll have enough quality Lenses to qualify for the next round.
My next step will be doing promotional work on my recent Lenses while I think of what to build next. I’m still not going to say what my affiliate payouts will be for December until I actually get the money, but the pending amount is more than I expected (part of why I won’t post the amount: I’m still in a state of disbelief over the amount), and my next Lenses will probably be more like the ones that are already paying well.
